About
PicKept is a set of free photo tools. Each page does one job: HEIC to JPG, HEIC to PNG, WebP to JPG, PNG to JPG, JPG to PNG, JPG to WebP, compress to a size you choose, or resize.
The work runs in your browser. Photos are not uploaded, and PicKept does not keep a copy. Closing the page clears them. You do not need an account.
HEIC photos that the browser cannot read on its own are decoded with heic-to, which is free software under the GNU LGPL 3.0. The library is included unchanged. Its license is in vendor/LICENSE-heic-to.txt.
